Ils \u00e9taient trop orient\u00e9s process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">J&rsquo;ai crois\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le construit par Richard Barrett et ai tr\u00e8s vite adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 sa philosophie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale bas\u00e9e sur les valeurs, comme mesure du \u00ab\u00a0pourquoi et comment nous faisons les choses ici\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">C&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui l&rsquo;approche que j&rsquo;utilise&nbsp;le plus fr\u00e9quemment.
